Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our voice AI calling platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Service Description

We provide a multi-tenant SaaS platform for automated voice calling using AI agents. Services include:

  • AI voice agent creation and management
  • Batch call campaigns to leads
  • Call recording, transcription, and analytics
  • Lead management and tracking
  • Calendar integration for appointment scheduling
  • Automated callbacks and follow-ups
  • Organization and team member management

Account Requirements

To use the platform, you must: (a) be at least 18 years old, (b) provide accurate and complete information, (c) maintain the security of your account credentials, (d) comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding telemarketing and call recording.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
  • Make calls to numbers on Do Not Call registries
  • Violate telemarketing laws, TCPA, or other communication regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
  • Interfere with the platform's operation or security
  • Use the platform to harass, spam, or send unsolicited messages
  • Share account access with unauthorized users

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your data (leads, call recordings, transcripts). We claim no ownership rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the services.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for service interruptions.

Rate Limits

We implement rate limits to ensure fair usage and platform stability. Batch calls are processed in chunks (default 50 calls). Excessive usage may be throttled or suspended.

Compliance

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including but not limited to: TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act), Do Not Call regulations, GDPR (if applicable), call recording consent laws, and data protection regulations.

Limitation of Liability

We provide the platform "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, (b) loss of revenue, data, or profits, (c) third-party claims, (d) service interruptions or data loss.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for: violation of these terms, illegal activity, non-payment, or abuse of the platform. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Intellectual Property

The platform, including its design, code, and features, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in designated courts.
